We understand that purchasing a home, whether it is your first or your twenty-first, can be stressful and time consuming. That is why we have worked very hard to create a relaxed and smooth settlement process. Upon receiving your contact, we will work very closely with your lender, real estate agent and mortgage broker to insure that all conditions and requirements are met. This includes scheduling time and date for closing, ordering title insurance and payoffs for existing liens. Upon loan approval, our efficient staff is prepared to close your loan within 72 hours or less.

Our office is available for closings Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday and evenings by appointment. Closings can be done at our office, your office, or lending institution.
